The new Smart Guard drain system uses state-of-the-art software in combination with a special transducer interface to measure the presence of condensate, volumetrically, 50 times per second. There is no loss of compressed air. Continuous monitoring insures fast, effective discharge of up to 30 GPH at 100 PSI. There are no sensors to foul up and the unit functions equally well with clear water or heavily emulsified and dirty condensate.
The Smart Guardrequires no anti-syphon pipeline. A specially designed direct operating valve with a large orifice protects against blockage. Self-calibration and an automatic reset protect the unit against voltage peaks or other electrical supply fouling. The Smart Guard operates in a pressure range from zero to 230 psi and the large condensate removal capacity makes it suitable for all applications, regardless of size. A clear condensate reservoir bowl offers fast visual inspection. |
